RDS Mechanic & Tires Lakeland

I needed so much body work on my Lexus ES350. My front bumper, alloy wheels refurbished, headlights refurbished, paint and tires. As a single 68 year old woman? Needless to say? I get taken advantage of alot! I lucked up on hearing about RDS. Seff, Eddie and their crew were absolutely amazing. The work was done professionally and at a great price. No gouging. Communication was exceptional every step of the way. If you want to be treated good? Go to RDS as I will never go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed, I promise you.

I had a great experience here. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything they found on my vehicle. They showed me exactly what was going on, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out most was their customer service. I was dealing with a very stressful situation, and everyone treated me with patience, kindness, and respect. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical knowledge with genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that values honesty, communication, and quality service. Thank you Seff, Ryan, and Ed!
